Speed to Lead Sites Say hello

Websites and hosting for local service businesses

A website you’ll be proud of, at a price that makes sense.

Hi, I’m Evan. I build clean, fast websites for local businesses around Cobb County, then host them and keep them running. You get a site that brings in quote requests, and you never have to log in to anything.

$500 setup and $79 a month, or $140 a month with nothing up front · no long-term contract

What you get

Everything a local business needs online, and nothing you have to manage.

A site that looks right on a phone

Most of your customers find you on their phone. Your site loads fast there, with your services, service area, photos, reviews and a tap-to-call button.

Quote requests sent straight to you

When someone fills in your quote form, their name, number and what they need reach you right away by email, and by text if you choose text alerts. They get a confirmation too.

Hosting and upkeep handled

Hosting, the security certificate and the lead alert system are all part of the monthly price. If the site ever goes down, I fix it at no charge.

Changes by text

New price, new photo, new hours? Text me. It’s normally done within one business day. No dashboard, no password to remember.

Pricing

Two ways to pay. Same website either way.

Pick whichever is easier on your cash flow. You get the same site and the same service with both.

Option 1 · Setup up front

$500 today

Then $79 a month, starting next month.

The lower monthly price from day one.

Option 2 · Monthly only

$140 a month

First payment today. Nothing else up front.

Drops to $79 a month after 12 payments.

Both options include

  • Your site designed and built
  • Your services, service area, photos and reviews
  • Quote request form with alerts to you
  • Connected to your web address
  • Hosting and security certificate
  • Text, price, photo and hours changes
  • Fixes at no charge if the site goes down
  • No long-term commitment

Over the first year, option 1 comes to $1,369 and option 2 to $1,680. After that, both are $79 a month. It all goes in a one-page agreement in plain English.

Your domain

Your web address is yours. Do what you like with it.

Your domain is the one thing online you should never need someone else’s permission for. So it stays in your name, and you keep the login.

  • Already have one? Keep it. I connect your new site to it and move things over carefully, so any email on that address keeps working.
  • Don’t have one yet? I’ll walk you through registering it in your own account. It’s usually $10 to $20 a year, paid straight to the registrar.
  • The site is yours too. Once setup is paid, or after 12 payments on the monthly option, the site’s content and design belong to you.
  • Free to leave. If you ever cancel, I give you a copy of your site files and point your domain wherever you ask, within 5 business days.

How I work

No big promises. Just a site done properly.

You deal with one person

The person who builds your site is the person who answers your text. You won’t be passed to a ticket queue.

Built simple on purpose

No plugins to update and no login page for anyone to break into. Simple pages load fast and stay up.

Set up so Google can read it

Clear page titles, your services and your towns in plain words, and a site that’s quick on phones. The basics, done right.

Honest about the limits

I don’t promise a Google ranking or a number of leads. Nobody can, and it’s worth being careful with anyone who does.

How it goes

From hello to live in three steps.

  1. We talk

A quick call or a few texts about your business. You send me your photos and a list of what you do and where.

  2. I build it

You look it over on your own phone and tell me what to change. It goes live within 2 business days of getting your photos.

  3. I keep it running

Quote requests come to you as they happen. When something needs changing, you text me.

Questions

Things people ask me first.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You send photos and tell me about your business. I handle the building, the hosting and the changes.

Which payment option should I pick?

If you can pay the $500 now, option 1 costs less overall. If you’d rather not put money down, option 2 spreads it out and drops to the same $79 a month after a year. The website and the service are identical.

Is there a contract?

There’s a one-page agreement in plain English so we both know what’s included. It’s month to month, and you can cancel any time by text or email.

What if I already have a website?

I can build the new one and connect it to the web address you already use. Your address stays in your name the whole time.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

I build the site so Google can read it properly, with your services and towns clearly on the page. I don’t promise a ranking, because nobody honestly can.

How do the text alerts work?

Email alerts are always on. Text alerts are optional: you choose them on the client sign-up form, and you can stop them any time by replying STOP. Your customers only get a text if they tick the box on your quote form. You can try that form here.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Local service businesses around Cobb County: junk removal, pressure washing, tree work, hauling, and other trades where the first one to answer usually gets the job.

Want to talk it over?

Tell me a little about your business and I’ll tell you honestly whether this is a good fit. No pitch.
